We love Billy Strings in our house, he’s incredibly talented. Imagine going to a bluegrass concert and not anticipating some kind of gospel music, the two are intertwined like inhaling and exhaling. As we continue to wage spiritual warfare in this country it seems people are less tolerant of hearing the name of Jesus and expect it to only be spoken at church or in our homes. The demons that people allow to rule their lives and gain strength cannot stand the name of Jesus.

I give my approval to your insightful post with my feeble “like.”
I sense this must change the universe in some small way.
Anybody that doesn’t understand that gospel and bluegrass have always been intertwined has no business being at a bluegrass concert.
Also, Billy Strings absolutely rocks “I’ve Just Seen the Rock of Ages”
As a big Billy fan, I hope this gets more attention. I love your thoughts here and am grateful for your willingness to share them.
